The Task: Highlight key events happening at the Zarb School of Business

The Process: Using the Zarb School of Business events calendar, I found an event for the Bioscience Business Innovation Program. This event displayed a collaboration between the Martin B. Greenberg Trading Room and the Cold Spring Harbour Laboratory. Considering the popularity of the trading room alongside the exciting Bioscience Program, I found it fitting to create a social media post. The post brought the opportunity of audience expansion from those in the program, underlining its potential for engagement goals. Attending the event myself allowed content to feel authentic and in-action. I focused on angles that kept the speaker at focus, while supporting elements such as the Bloomberg terminals followed closely behind. Utilizing Adobe Express helped me create a simplistic carousel post that spoke to finance students and those in the program. Lastly, I used Hootsuite to schedule the content posting and caption.

The Result: This post had an engagement rate of 11.28% and received 93 likes, outperforming the 1.00%-5.00% benchmark. Providing the audience with enjoyable and up to date content helped reach this campaign goal.
