Turning a Zarb Finance Panel into High-Performing Instagram Content

The Task: Create relatable and valuable content for Zarb finance students.

The Process: After seeing positive results from a recruiter-focused post, I decided to create a similar post featuring advice for finance students. Considering this post was specifically for finance students, I needed individuals well-versed in the industry. By researching campus events, I was able to identity and attend a finance panel featuring Zarb alumni. My confident and approachable presence put alumni at ease and led them to participate in the video. After briefly interviewing all three panelists, I used Adobe Express and Hootsuite to edit and schedule the content.

The Result: The post had an engagement rate of 10.89% and received 47 likes, thus proving the content resonated with the target audience and engaged students with the Zarb Instagram Page.
